I'm all for more RP elements in the game, it makes sandbox games fun and more interesting. Albion Online has so much potential, but on the RP part it seems very locked, because of the cosmetics system in game. I wish there where way more char customization in game, but developers wont change the cosmetics, since people need to see peoples armor before they fight them.
I'm under the impression most people opens the victims paper doll prior engaging them in a fight anyways. But I hope they will figure out a solution for that.

It could be cool if you could change race in game, or introduce some more character customization elements to the game.

I don't know the solution to this, but I'm eager to hear more peoples idea.

For what it's worth, I'm running a small PK guild of bandits website; Murderer Inc - while it's not a directly RP guild, it has been around since the Ultima Online days, and we are mature and non toxic, and would love to participate in RP events.

My guild is going to have a unique event tomorrow in Caerleon... they are the security of the city and kill reds around the area. It is my duty, as their Chaplain, to create obituaries for the most memorable that the guild comes across.

The Guardsmen and their sister guild Rangers of Celidon were both RP friendly guilds that existed in Fort Sterling, and Lymhurst correspondingly. In the first 6 months of the game, they were active in those cities doing in character events in the city (Marching through the city, patrolling nearby zones for hostiles). At the end of the "War for Mercia" The Guardsmen joined WOKE and included WOKE in some RP events. When Mojo declared the war over, we roleplayed the end of the world, engaged in ritual sacrifice to end the war.

Okay, my voice is almost back, but I still need to see the doctor again. I'll be dipping my feet back in to see the changes in the game.

I've recently created a Guild called "Stagbourne Sentinels" and an Alliance called "Rangers of Celidon" - based out of Lymhurst.

The main reason was because I wanted to discover what guild and alliance were system wise, and the islands and all that - but also because I've been looking for RP where we know not much exists out there.

So at the moment it's basically a placeholder guild and alliance - but by the names I'm sure you could probably figure out what my concept is.
