when you are not in combat mode you can activate Enchant Quiver then switch weapon for everything you want and buff stays ON,

thats what will happend in gvg for example
Whispering bow = Enchant Quiver + Undead Arrows + Explosive Arrows, gg

all players can get free speed boost + resistance reduction

better fix it before it goes live

This has been around for a while. It's not going to break anything because you can't switch while in combat.

Yes, it's true, the buff of the enchanted quiver is still active after changing the weapon

probably because the buff goes on your character, and not ur weapon... anyone tried this with like soldier armor and switch armors?

Well tbf, you get the enchanted quiver then switch to wispering for insane damage but after that you're in combat mode and you cannot switch again. You have only one try with this technique.

But yeah definetly they should correct that.

The buff is not long enough on soldier armor to use the same way as bow

the spears can be used too to give auto range to any weapon lol

SBI is really slackin here but i think it is because they feel it cant be exploited. At the moment only the mobs can scream for a fix/nerf to this lol. Oh and the in town pvp perhaps.

I tried it a few times with t3 bow and t7 glaive in 2v2 HG, but then got jumped a few times before I could switch the weapon back to glaive and decided it's actually not worth the risk. If you see someone doing such trick, you can either a) jump before he can switch weapons, or right after while he has cooldown b) kite for the duration of EQ buff. So I wouldn't call it exploit or OP at all, since it can be easily countered.

This has always been around, it works with any buff in the game. The bow is especially strong because of the duration of the buff.

As Dip mentioned above, it has been in the game for a long time. I remember doing this before the launch, on the test server in Martlock.
