Hello,
Please note that Sandbox Interactive is a company based in Germany, and as such over-seas transactions can be consider high-risk by your bank by default (assuming you are trying to pay from outside Europe). I recommend reaching out to your bank to approve the transaction.
Alternatively, you can also load funds on your PayPal account, and use that as a payment method to overcome the restriction. -

I had the same issue with EVE Online's CCP company for monthly payments a while back. Money going to Iceland (or somewhere in Europe for processing) used to trigger my banks too.

I think CCP changed their payment processor (I mean they are a much bigger company and have like 30k players logged in daily, so probably process 90-100k paying accounts/month), because they can, but I used PayPal anyway...DarthMagus

Or perhaps you are just the only one who wasn't able find the immensely important telephone number directly on the Homepage under "Consumer Information", which is +49-(0)30-91206121. Took me roughly 10 seconds to find it.
As to why your bank didn't process the payment, well, ask and you will be answered (above).

E-commerce, Gambling Sites, Gaming Sites and Cryptocurrencies Sites are often blocked by shitty banks and credit card companies which doesnt seem to like inovation and new technology on their market.
Change your finnancial institution ASAP. SBI and Albion have nothing to do with your poor banking decision.

ps: if you cant change your bank for any reason, there are also many ways to work around this. Netteller, Ecopayz, Bitcoin and even Paypal which isnt the best imo.Artificial intelligence will never beat natural stupidiy. -
