Does not apply a rending DOT bleed if there is NO bleed, but WILL apply a second DOT bleed if one is already on from the Q.

Not sure which way it’s supposed to be- additive or just spread. IMO it’s pretty weak if Tear Apart does not apply its own DOT bleed.

So it went live today as is. I can only assume it’s as intended? Maybe the tooltip isn’t clear enough.

A better TT would be :

• If DOT is active on target, spreads additional Rending DOT to all targets in range.
  

One other note, DOT does not spread if it is the killing strike.
