Im assuming they just did with the hardcore expeditions coming in the Kay patch...?

or remove expeditions entirely and add real dungeons everywhere and/or bring back dungeon portals as the mechanic was much better than expedition portals. Or make expeditions reqiire you group to go into the open world and find a special dungeon or portal that is closish....tier of such based on the location of expeditions....ie t8 would be in t8 zones, etc.
