Let's try to be a little understanding. For starters this company probably has only 12-20 employees not counting the main game director. Next, almost all decisions are made by the game director and are then carried out by the staff. With the player base that this game currently has there will be issues and we need to give the small team their time to try and correct them. As far as the problems you have with how the company is taking the game it is not the employees but the director.
Now the issue at hand is a problem between the login server and the game server. The only thing we can do is wait. If this is a DDOS attempt then the team can only prevent what they have prepared for and we must be wait and do our best to support them.
Plus the current time at the server location is 22:12. Be happy that they have staff working after hours to keep us up and running when they can.
