Guild home plots give a resource return rate of 20%, so basically you only have to buy 80% of the required mats on the AH to make a refined material, and you only need to buy 80% of a refined material to make a finished product.

The market isn't saturated, as I can flip those items and make 600k a trip. Pure profit. It is that the game is stacked against you.

The game is really a pyramid scheme, where money is funnelled into fewer and fewer players, with GvG teams being at the top. You, not being on a GvG team, running a bz guild, or being part of a bz guild with a home plot are on the bottom. You will never make sense of the market, because it isn't meant to work out for you.
