Launcher Bug ERROR 99

I open the launcher and it says that the server is offline when it isnt... It shows this:

Error: Albion error cannot download staging.albiononline.com/autoupdate.manifest.xml
Error 99

Help please, i tried this:
- Close the launcher.
- Delete the "C:/users/xxx/appdata/local/temp/albion online
launcher-xxxxxx" folder (you can access it by taping "%appdata%" in your
file explorer).
- Run again the launcher.

I saw that answer on the forums but it doesnt work. Also i tried reinstalling the game but i cant even download it from the albion website becouse it says that the download page doesnt exist...
I SENT THIS AS A TICKET BUT NO ANSWER, IM LOSING FOUNDER TIME BECOUSE I CANT PLAY. HELP PLEASE.

IM USING WINDOWS 10 AS MY OS.

Tried running the launcher as admin? I'd also recommend disabling antivir/firewall.

launcher bug error, huh? yea, go to task manager and look at any background tasks that are producing heavy load.

and don't use free download sites, they produce a lot of potentially unwanted programs, that don't always hurt but do slow down your computer.

run as administrator if that's an option

oh, and if you want you can just uninstall the application and reinstall, your files might be corrupted
