Welcome to Vendetta’s official recruitment thread!
Vendetta has a strong history as one of the top guilds in Albion Online. The guild was formed by Skytea and his twin brother Teasky during the first Alpha test in late 2013.
Over the last few years, Vendetta has developed into a community of passionate, dedicated players from all over the world. We have earned a reputation as a hardcore, top-tier guild, which we continually strive to uphold.
Upon the release of AO, Vendetta aims to be a top PvP guild.
To accomplish this, we need enthusiastic, skilled and dedicated players who thrive in PvP combat. You must keep calm in tense situations, and be able to follow orders. You will also have the opportunity to be a part of a GvG and Hellgate team. If you show signs of leadership, future promotion within the guild ranks is a strong possibility. If that sounds like you, then we will be happy to have you as part of our guild.
Traditionally Vendetta has only recruited hardcore PvP players, but in recent months we have decided to open our arms to players of all styles.
In order to thrive as a guild, we need specialists from all aspects of the game. Farmers, gatherers, crafters or economists who would like to be a part of something bigger are all welcome to apply!
Our play style emphasizes the GUILD above all.
Vendetta is not a guild for solo-minded, selfish players. We work together as a team in order to accomplish all of our goals.
Joining Vendetta may mean sacrificing individual goals in the short term, but we are committed to supporting our members’ goals in the long term. Our dominance owes to the cooperation and hard work of our members.
Although we take Albion Online seriously, we play to have fun. Being an international guild means we have to correspond with people of many different nationalities and personality types. We ask that you can communicate well in English, and are patient enough to converse with Kiwis, Americans and drunken Brazilians (The Europeans are mostly fine). Toxic, racist, or bigoted players are not welcome in Vendetta.

Requirements/Rules
1. You must have Discord installed & own a good microphone while following Discord etiquette at all times.
2. You must be active and communicate all prolonged absences beforehand. We understand real life comes first.
3. Respecting the ranks and the chain of command within the guild is imperative.
4. Always work towards the common benefit of the guild.
5. All members must participate in group activities; we are not looking for solo-players.
6. Dont be a noob.
7. Must be willing to PvP at any given moment.
8. Everyone must contribute time and resources to upgrading the guild base and resource reserves.
9. If you lie/cheat/steal from any guild members or don’t bother playing as a team by pulling your fair share of work for the guild, you will be kicked and blacklisted.
10. Must speak & understand English enough to communicate effectively in heated situations. We accept people from all timezones & places.
11. Must follow all guild systems in place.
12. We have strict rules about live-streaming. Please contact us for details.

This guild is not for everyone. Only 25% of recruits from the last test became official members of Vendetta - based off their dedication and activity. We seek players that put the guild above and before themselves.

'Albion Official launch':
Recruitment for the ‘Albion Official Launch’ applicants is NOW OPEN. Invites are reserved to active players who can commit to 25+ hours a week playtime. Very active players who can play 35 hours + a week and skilled players who are in the top 5% skill percentile in other (MMO's/Mobas) will have greatly increased chances to land an interview. Players who main a support role (Tank/Healer/Arcane) will also be granted priority queue for interviews as well. If you are selected, you will be contacted via an AO forum conversation.

If your application indicates that you will be a good candidate for Vendetta, you will then be contacted over the Albion Online forums to arrange a Discord interview.
After the interview the officers will vote, and you will either be accepted as a Vendetta recruit, or denied if you fuck up your interview.
After the official recruitment period is over, new recruits will be either promoted to a full member or denied membership. New recruitment spots will open periodically, depending on our needs.
Our current evaluation period for new recruits is about 3 weeks. During this time, it will be decided whether you will be promoted to official membership.

Vendetta’s Past Achievements
Vendetta was created on the early summer alpha of 2013 and has been an active guild since.
We were #1 in kill value during the Winter 2013 Alpha Test and we captured one of the castles and defended it until the end of alpha which rewarded us with an item named after our guild: Vendetta’s Wrath.
During the March-April 2014 Alpha Test, Vendetta again managed to secure a castle which awarded us a custom guild emblem. During those days, securing a castle was a difficult thing.
For the Summer Alpha Test of 2014 we managed to officially obtain #1 and keep control of all of the player made cities!
For the Winter Alpha of 2015, we controlled the most amount of territory while leading the top alliance in the game.
For the Closed Beta1, we were a big player in open world and territory control, maintaining a top leaderboard rank in Kill fame and overall fame until we went inactive in preperation of Beta2.
The Guild leader Skytea is considered the best claw user in the server (ask anybody) and is regarded as a Ghengis Khan reincarnation due to his military prowess and shotcalling.
This success is based upon the great accomplishments and dedication of our members with a strict guild structure to support them.

I'm a crafter, not a PvPer. I currently only have Vent, but will install TS before next test.
