I've downloaded, installed, and then it just....restarted downloading and then it gave me this error.
I'm running it in admin and now I'm trying to repair it.

Close the launch and delete %appdata%/Local/temp/Albion-* if it still exists, it'll clear up no problem!

I just ran the launcher as admin and it worked fine for me.
