Same here. Logged in and out a few times too, with no difference.

i guess u should wait. one of our guys had issue with buing prem on the second character
first char use "claim rewards" and recieve prem and other staff after 5 mins

second char tried to buy premium, had -gold, premium comes after ~45 mins

At least your download speed for the 45mb update isn't as slow as my 18kb/s i am getting. Has taken about 25 minutes so far to get 14mb yay!!!
