We are in need of more Econ/finance players. Those interested in gathering, refining, crafting, trade, etc.

We will also be training up a core of highly capable PvPers for future expansion and combat. We welcome those who enjoy small scale PvP and can hold their own.

We have a guild island and already working to expand.

We use a modified capitalism/free-market system to fund our guild operations and satisfy our memberbase. So if you enjoy an active guild that works as a team, but you also enjoy autonomy, this may be the guild for you.

Our Chain of Command (ie. Ranks) have been established. We appreciate the power of delegation and feel that a solid Chain of Command is key to any successful guild.

Positions are earned by merit and expertise, and those who earn those positions have exhibited unwavering leadership. Yes, our guild has many management positions, but it is designed for scaling in mind. This means that our guild will operate efficiently at every stage of development.

Instead of being overburdened by too much work or responsibility, members can specialize in to doing a few tasks proficiently. Delegation prevents burnout, and serves as a way where members can support the guild, but also have free time to enjoy the game.
