Sold gold silver not received.

I sold 6000 gold. Came letters about the sale:
3000 x 165 = 495000
2500 x 165 = 412500
75 x 165 = 12375
200 x 165 = 33000
225 x 165 = 37125
And my account was approximately 535000.
Exit the game and login, nothing has changed. Other operations in this moment, I did. I went for the black and red locations.
It happened around 7:46 - 7:51 UTC 29 Aug on this account.

upd Prior to the first sale I had about 40000 silver.
Will I would assume that my account received only 3000 x 165 = 495000.
The rest is lost.

I had just the oposite happen. I bought gold with silver and didn't recieve the gold. I put a buy order in a few hours ago, got the mail saying I bought 2100 gold. And no more gold in my account

Hey devs. What about our gold if this happens after release? I'm curious.

Is cool to know you guys "fixed" gold market bugs, but would be way better to know if you could eventually track and turn back missing transactions.

This was addressed on reddit by the devs:

Hi all,

it goes without saying that all bugs of this kind will be fixed as soon as possible, and certainly prior to release. In time for release, we will also improve our internal logging capabilities such that we are able to manually remedy the situation if problems like these occur.
