    Hi all,

    We've had some reports of some emails going out to you in which the field marked "Key" is empty. If this has happened to you, don't worry, you still have your key. Just go to your "My Account" page on our website, and the key will be listed in a table for you. When the test begins:

    1. Head to testing.albiononline.com/
    2. Choose a client to download from the list along the bottom edge of the window
    3. Log into your account
    4. Click on Redeem Code (if you haven't already redeemed it)
    5. Enter your key and click OK

    And you'll be able to play! Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this issue. If you do have any further problems, you can always contact support@albiononline.com and we'll help you as soon as we can.
