The logfiles you provided do not show anything suspicious.
And your connection in general to the EAST server seems to be fine, I can only see some 2000+ lagspikes but not that many.
Can you provide us with an exact date and ingame time this happened so we can have a look at the database for Errors?
EDIT: Found a lot of lagspike entries for "itsKOLEE" on WEST for example on June 1st at around 08:26 when you were changing zones.
Does that time fit?
In general your connection to the EAST server is better than the one to WEST.
Do you have the chance to use a wired internetconnection instead of hotspot wifi and check whether your issue still occurs then? The post was edited 1 time, last by Mabruck ().

I just got another blackscreen on itsKOLEE (west) again today while redzone capping at around 4:30 UTC, been online and capping for like 30+ minute then suddenly got blackscreen when change zones. now my character stuck in redzone, idk its dead or alive.
Do i need to send latest log?
What logs files you need to check this out, there is 4 different files not sure what?
About pings, i personally never had issue with these blackscreen before more than years if you talk about my pings.
But not so sure how ping can relate into this blackscreen.
I just got this issue this moment, never actually happen to me before.
my PC setting didnt change, i didnt change anything.
Even in west with average 290 ping, i can play zvz with playable delay.
in EAST my ping is avg 75 ping, and very silkysmooth gameplay.

Yeah I can see lots of lagspikes for you again, sadly there is nothing I can do to improve your connection, other than suggesting not to use wifi,
playing on EAST rather than WEST (just have look at the distance between your location and Washington/Singapur: the difference is immense!).
You can fill out this form and do a traceroute to the albion server:
docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAI…3HiobuJhXaxTsAFA/viewform
Other than that, you can have a look at the diagnostocs section at the very bottom of your dxdiagfile, whether there are any suspicious entries,
but I doubt that since the evidence is in the database logs, you are loosing the connection to the server. -
did you check this on server by anychance? or just checking my logs i attached?
I do feel lag spikes when playing, but its fine and normal for me.
But i confuse & shock how i got this blackscreen issue, never really happen to me
I will testing again on both server
I never tried VPN,
but it is same thing to change DNS of my PC same as using VPN?
Finding FREE good secure vpn is kinda hard
I will fill form
Im just casual pc user, didnt understand what you mean by suspicious entries nor dxdiagfiles.

No I am checking the server database, that is something else than the logfiles you provided.
Regarding Dxdiag:
In Windows, select Start and enter dxdiag into the search box on the taskbar. Select dxdiag from the results. In the tool, select Save All Information.
The Diagnostics section is at the very bottom of the dxdiag file. But yeah, I do not think there is anything useful in there.
Again, do you have the chance of using a wired connection and no wifi and can check again? -
- Character name: Miix (west)
- Location: Korea

- Connection: wired connection
After the Nightfall update, the game is difficult to progress due to the same phenomenon.
As for me...
Moving map (moving island)
Item production in progress
Chest & Inventory stacking and clicking the Sort button
Obtaining resources from the island farm
A black screen occurred during the above action.
To solve the problem, I formatted the computer yesterday and even reinstalled it, but the symptoms continued. Today, the black screen continued to come out at intervals of 10 to 20 minutes after connecting particularly badly.

Yeah it is still your connection. As I already said 2 times: You should try out a wired connection and NOT wifi and see if that helps or the already mentioned VPN.

@gameg2486 you could try out the same advices I gave to KOLEE, try if a wired connection improves issue, try out VPN, etc.
And I can see that you are playing right now and since quite some time so I guess your issue is resolved gameg? -
Mabruck, yes i like this game and i play even through connection problems. Hope they fix it. I have a wired connection, not wifi.
Вы можете выполнить трассировку до Западного сервера используя команду "tracert loginserver.live.albion.zone".
В процессе трассировки, вы сможете увидеть на каком этапе идут задержки или потери пакетов, если таковые имеются.
I also tried to follow the advice from this post, but in the technical support of my ISP they told me that it was impossible to trace, because the addresses are hidden and as a result my ISP cannot find on which part of the path the "connection is broken"The post was edited 1 time, last by gameg2486 ().
-
Well I just tried it and I had one hidden hop but that did forward packages just perfectly towards the network of the Albion Server and besides that single hop, everything is open and not hidden. I guess in your case everything is regulated by state routers that most certainly do not report back.
As I said many times here in the forums, I am not a PC or network technician, so the only tipp I can give you unfortunately is to try a VPN that uses a different route. -

What is that supposed to be? And what exactly turns out this way?
-
This is how the path trace from my PC to the albion server looks like. And how to understand where the problem is even if the last address is not available? A simple ping command also fails on this address
