Hi, I got back to albion after almost 4 years and saw that I couldn't exchange my gold to silver was 500g limit a day. I wrote support to remove my limit as I haven't done one trade outside auction/blackmarket and I still haven't received answer from them. Now I'm about to quit the game as I connected twitch/albion for drops and it's 50g a day and it's been 10 days since I wrote support. Anyone got any suggestions how to reach them as I like new solo content and like to pvp and not grind the money again.

Unfortunately the Forum Team cannot assist with Account related concerns.

The Support Team, which it sounds like you already contacted, is the only department that will be able to assist you with Account Verification.

I would kindly ask you to wait for a reply from the Support Team as they are the ones who handle this type of request.

Got any idea how long it usually takes for an answer? As it been 10 days and I'm out of silver and literally on the verge of quitting as I can't convert my gold to silver.

I am honestly not sure. It used to be 24-48 hours for a response but they have been overwhelmed with new tickets since the EAST Server opened. They are doing their best to respond to all tickets though.

10 days does seem like a long time and I hope you get a response soon. As a tip, try not to reply to your ticket until they do because each time you reply it updates the ticket and sends it to the back of the queue IIRC.

@ProfessorZee got one more question for you, I had 2 tickets open 11 and 9 days old now, first one was for removing gold limit and second one was for my limit getting to 50g after connecting twitch. Yesterday they closed my 2nd ticket and didn't answer my first one? Can I respond to them there or it's going back to the end of the line if I do it? I don't get it why instead of fixing my issue they just close one ticket and leave other open? If you going to respond just fix my issue

I almost give up.

until NOW , I am soooooo sad about it

I just want to pay some money to play this game.

BUT ... oh ... Maybe I will find NEW game to wait uh.... NEXT 10 days??
