seems like they fixed a bug. Is there a good reason why item swapping on a mount wouldn’t trigger a cd when swapping them anywhere else does?
lets say you're out farming open world mobs in BZ. you're in a blackzone so you have a skip set designed to run away incase any gankers manage to dismount you while travelling around. you find a camp you want to farm so you swap to your farming set. now you have more wait time on your cooldowns. why exactly?

just because there is a game mechanic that is unintended, a "bug", doesn't necessarily mean it should be "fixed". there are countless examples of games being improved by having unintended mechanics discovered and used and subsequently being left in. everything has to be looked at from a gameplay/user experience perspective.

im just really curious who's gameplay is being improved by this change, because i assure you there are those that it is diminishing

Why "Skills/items swapping, while mounted now applies 10 sec cooldown" is not mentioned in the patch notes ?

unintentional QOL... I have plenty of swaps when playing solo in blackzone and I'm even forced to roam with bait/escape gear and swap to kill some elite mobs, I don't see why pve gameplay has to be clunky and force me to w8 10sec for what reason..
it's like going back to the time when every dismount had a CD on Q,W,E why do it ?

edit.Ohh, maybe they want to solve the invis pot ganking 1shot problem? It would be great if the devs explained to us why they changed it....
but if that's really what they want to fix, it would be better to do prox area for gathering treasures exactly the same way we have spiders in the mist.

      or maybe some loadouts tricks..
Do it for instance content only!

Each tick of a DoT now puts the original caster into combat again (currently they only get into combat on the first application of the DoT)
