Hello all!

While under normal circumstances we're unable to assist with deaths that are in any way related to PvP, due to the severity of this particular issue and the amount of players affected we felt an extraordinary response was necessary.

We've identified the affected characters and which items they’ve lost due to the issue, and each of these characters has now received the converted value of their lost items in Gold.

If you were affected by this issue, please check your in-game mail. You should have received a mail stating how much gold has been added to your account as compensation.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue and the delay in posting a reply from our side.

~~Earlier today we disabled access to the Roads of Avalon in order to keep the issue from spreading further.~~

~~We are currently working on a fix for the bug itself.~~

~~Today at 18:30 UTC we will deploy a Soft Patch that should decrease the severity of the issue.~~

With this patch, we plan to re-open the Roads of Avalon, but in turn, the Journey Back Ability will be temporarily disabled (Only within the Roads of Avalon). Unfortunately, there is no other way to make it work again in a short timeframe.

~~Of course, this will mean extraordinary downtime for both servers in order to deploy the patch.~~

~~This patch is a Softpatch, meaning that you are not forced to download it to be able to play, however, if you don't, you will experience this bug again.~~

~~What we have gathered so far is that entering the Road of Avalon~~ mounted may cause you to disconnect upon entering if ~~you have your home set in any hideout, followed by you not being able to log back into the game.~~

~~You can avoid this by dismounting before you enter the roads, once entered, you are free to mount again.~~

~~To fix this, we will need to apply a hotfix, which will be done once we are ready to do so.~~

We will disable the Roads of Avalon until a fix is ready

The Roads will be closed down at 13:00 UTC!

Please leave the roads before then!

this glitch caused me and my friends to be ganked with over 50m in just my own bag because the game would not let me log in to save myself or do anything. i logged back in dead. Will i get my stuff back for this. as i literally did nothing and died to a glitch in the game. if this is not the case then me and my friends will feel highly betrayed by the devs and will stop playing the game.

Not sure how people stuck are supposed to do that when reconnecting in ava road doesn't work

PS : I just found out it was already reported as bug on the test server, since 21/04/23, on the link below.
After enter road of avalon got stuck

This is really a serious thing . I hope u can understand this thing , we r really really angry. The last time u constructed East Server, but each time when there is a big renew, some problems come out , when u just lanched East Server, the server got offline time bv time without any sign , actually I feel very disappointed on u.

We can only hope they reimburse the people that died to this. Me included. Because their are people like i said that have probably died with all of their hard earned silver on them that probably took them 100s of hours to get. I personally bought gold and just lost it all to this glitch but other people earned it. So if SBI does not give them the stuff back then they would have robbed their players offically.

You can go out of the Avalon hideout naked, but if you go out wearing a tem, a strange connection bug occurs.

Repeated login loop until I died (around 7:50-8:10 pm GMT+8). Reds running without getting dc'ed? I lost my panther, 4.2 Carving, hellion, plate shoes, and some tools. 3 mil worth of goods, compensation surely will be nice. My guildies also died losing millions of gear.....

It would be the least they could do: Ensure everyone effected by this bug should be given compensation. It wasn't our fault we died.

im personally gonna stop playing if they do not reimburse players, this is honest to god criminal to their player base. and the players that died. gankers took full ADVANTAGE of this situation to gank people

This bug has a fatal problem. Some users ride a vehicle with a tem and glide through Avalon. This cannot be explained unless it is a hack.

no gankers saw the forumn and forced people into the roads knowing they would get logged out to kill them while their character stood there afk

It's easy to say this, but just as likely that the gankers were already present, doing the typical portal ganking you already see. Likely just as confused, but not disappointed as you and me.
