I keep getting this error message when installing albion even though my C drive has more than 50gb of space.

What if windows defender is the av that's blocking it?
It says 'Threats found. Start the recommended actions.' And clicking the button to do so does nothing. -
can confirm this also worked for me, dunno why its picking the file up

For windows 11: Open Windows Security -> Virus & threat protection. Go to Virus & thread protection settings (under Current threats) and open Manage settings. Go to the bottom where you see Exclusions and open Add or remove exclusions. There you click on Add an exclusion -> Folder, there you need to add the folder Albion-Online_Data (check the full path from the detected file) where the file is being downloaded. This should stop Windows defender form detecting it.
