Upcoming Changes to the Referral System

As best I can tell, the TOS disallowing self-referrals without enforcement simply serves as penalty on players who are honest and follow the rules.

Would be very interested to hear from SBI if they have a different perspective.

Personally, I sympathize with the concept that it's difficult to enforce and I think it should just be removed from the TOS.
      100% right
Many players will abide by the ToS in full. They are disadvantaged from doing so as SBI condone self referral and other players take advantage of abusing the ToS.

My assumption would be that SBI know that they make a shit ton from self referral, way more than genuine referral, and so just turn a blind eye and refuse to even comment.

So just remove it from the ToS and let us all do it.... the wall of silence on the subject is embarrassing.
If that's true, how do we know they're not doing other things that are officially illegal?
Like RMT, what if in some cases it is SBI that sells silver outside the official way and then simply bans some customers? (the silver stays in the banned account so it does not continue to flow in the game between players but practically returns to the system, SBI has dollars, double win for them...)
Something like a "silver sink with a bonus dollar gain".
    • It's funny to see that newcomers are happy with "cheap" skins. Yes, skins are cheap, despite the fact that merchants have lost some funds, they have not lost their skills.
They just reorient themselves to something else. For example, already today the premium price has reached 18.3kk, because. there is an active buying of gold as a stable investment.
      No really,
only gold is guaranteed to grow during the existence of the game, there are not so many alternatives to it.
All this will primarily affect ordinary players who do not want to pay premium for real money.
      Yes, ok
we will wait for a 25kk premium when the developers fulfill their promise to make a purchase of paid skins for gold (unless, of course, I missed anything, maybe I dreamed about it).

Whether it's good or bad is up to you, those who play.
Personally, I would like to see more unique and hard-to-find items/skins in the game, or at least add new tradable items more often to revitalize the market.

Hi, the mounts too? I mean giant frog?
I actually forgot that we had a non-skin in between there. I don't see a reason why it should not be included in re-runs.

Then... You can't re-run skins before April 2019, but you can re-run non skins (mounts, chests...) from launch to actual date. Right?

      Thats can sound nice :)
