      After a long wait for the balancing to come to this game, I realized that SBI doesn't even listen to the recommendations, complaints, or suggestions.

      What did they do in this patch? Yes! they nerfed 1 of the overpowered weapons "Demonic staff", But! they leave you the Daggers mobility as its, on top of that! they reward the swords with a new dash spell.

      They buffed the bows with a 2 sec CD on a dead spell that's very good for PvE or small scale, and! very useful to root people when they jump on you and delete you with 2 -3 spells.. pretty useful if you ask me!


      The Dual Swords nerf is a must! the weapon is broken in all kind of content in the game.

      The daggers W nerf is a must it's a retarded 20000 meters 12 sec i frame, The Daggers Q must have a mana penalty if used without hitting a target and so does the War Gloves.


      Everything we screamed about for the past months, didn't change at all!

      I honestly don't know what to say or what to expect, I appreciate the little things done to try to balance, But honestly, this is a major disappointment.
    • imo all mobility without hitting a PVP/PVE target should increases the next mana cost by 10% up to 100% +/-
      Revert the change!

      Each tick of a DoT now puts the original caster into combat again (currently they only get into combat on the first application of the DoT)

      Haven't seen a dsword in small/mid scale
      Haven't seen a dsword in ZvZ
      Haven't seen a dsword in Crystal dead League
      Haven't seen a dsword in ganking
      Haven't seen a dsword in Ava Raids
      Haven't seen a dsword in HCE

      I agree on dual swords needs a nerf but I just hate when ppl state that a weapon is dominant in ALL conent when it's just giga OP on solo content... tbh they could leave the weapon as it was for group fights and give it cc immunity... it was the perfect balance for it like... 2 years ago... we have enough 1v1 weapons...

      - daggers Q already have a mana penalty but it's barely noticeable kekw... I agree with papa Quagga about the mana penalty for mobility Q's, just like spear Q2 mana penalty when spamming stacks out from thin air... but again dashing to mobs in solo content is still a thing and mana penalty won't be noticeable anyways (specially on daggers)
      Brawler style daggers = cringe
      Assassin style daggers = gigachad

      Corrupteds .. mists ... HGs, if u dont see them u probably playing some other game.
    • corrupteds and mists it's NOT all the content in this game... well... it is for solo players but who cares? Balance around solo content was damaging this game already... just look how a promising weapon for group content that only needed a small buff to work was transformed into a mindless autoattack buff + mobility + cc + ininterruptible + not drop stacks cringe... as we wouldn't have enough 1v1 swords lol...

      In 2v2 hellgates barely see a dual sword (wasn't playing too much lethal HG tho) but if it goes there I'm sure it can get slapped by GFire or Demonic + Healer

      We cant even get the community managers to engage with us on feedback.

      Lots of people every day go out of their way to give feedback and we cant get CM to spend a couple of seconds to even acknowledge nearly any of it. I even directly invited @Shadowbrick by name and any of the other CMs to have an open discussion about a suggestion I had made. I want them to engage with us, even if the answer is sometimes no, but they simply wont do it. At least if they communicated with us it would make it feel like we are at least being heard, even if SBI doesn't always agree. This radio silence we get becomes a vector for frustration, distrust and negativity. I've seen it before with other communities and developers. This is not a road we want to go down, i've seen where it goes, and I know, as do many of you, that it is not a place we want to be.

      They made it bad because the hand-assers are doing the balance.
      No one is asking you to make ZVZ things suitable for a solo one-shot.

      If the authors wanted to look at 20v20 dual swords and gave them immunity and a large area of effect - why did they give a damage bonus?
      What did they do? They gave everything that is in the game according to the list on one button.

      So you agree that the swords are broken, and you agree that they have basically everything and should be nerfed, yet you spent time to say that they are not in every content and " WHO CARES"

      If you don't care, please don't bother ruining the threads and go back to your "NON-LEATHAL HGS"

      Just leave the balance for the people who actually care about decent fair opportunities for all the weapons, it's highly doubted with this game support, but with " people" like you who keep saying it OK it's not much it's okay. Who cares, you make this harder than it actually is.
    • i only see dual sword in mists and cdg.. its verry good now in 1v1 but a total trash in group not even doable in 2v2 HG.

      i love dualsword but i still not gonna use it. not recomendable in group pve, not usable in smallscale, absolut trash in zvz what you want to do with that weapon? kill it again?

      Start balancing?
      Weaken the component giving unjustified power in 1v1 2v2?
      Increase a component that would be useful in 20v20 but will not play a role in 1v1 2v2?

      Stop going to extremes. This speaks badly about you as a thinking person.

      There are 101 strings in the game that you can pull.

      it just lack purge on hit and cleanse on jump to have almost all game mechanics kekw

      srry, I'm just tired of the poor balancing on solo content, I prefer if they just focus the balance on other stuff like... not instanced... balance around crystal league killed a weapon lol

      At this point I just accepted that "fair opportunities for all weapons" is a nearly impossible concept on stuff like corrupteds or mists

      If u watch corrupted gameplays from like 2 years ago there was a possibility to beat meta slaves by outsmarting them, now u need to skip mandatory to the ultra meta sh*t (dual swords right now) or by default take a big counter for it... like chillhowl cheese or cursed skull... outplay is nearly impossible as long as they have more than 2 braincells

      I would love to understand your concept, so what you mean if the weapon is shit in PVE or ZVZ it should be broken in all other aspects? how is it even bad at PVE?

      Let's take this concept with any other weapon, let's make the 1 handed frost unbeatable because its bad at PVE OR ZVZ, let's make infernal scythe... let's let's let's

      I don't even know what to say man, you make me feel like I am dealing with a 2 brain cell person or a dual swords main.

      Either way I gave up man, its not only the support in this game that doesn't listen, it's the game community too, they either gave up and became pessimistic in every aspect or they just try to justify any broken thing in the game if it brings them a lil benefit.
    • Dual swords would be much more in line with a 20 or 25 second cd on its E. Perhaps buff the damage a bit too if it’s 25 seconds.

      the 15 second cd on splitting slash and 15 second on the E pairs too well with stalker jacket.

      Sure, they get burst out the gate but from there in it will be offset.

      all vallid points -

      2 problems:

      Nobody in charge did listen and will listen.

      It took 3 years to adjust heroic and 3 years to balance claymore

      One balance patch is roughly on average 4 months ..

      So just take it as it is..play 2Sword or frost in CD and DG on Mist..and don't forget your Merc jacket, it's standard dress for the next year...

      If this shit be at least artifact...but it is not even that..
