Too much loot!!

    • Too much loot!!

      Guys i have an idea!

make it that when you beat your opponent in corrupted dungeon you have to donate your gear set to the demon ,those 60k legendary chests in slayer are gonna spoil the players

      same with solo dungeons ,etc

and then raise premium price to 25mil

surely players will love your game and give you money!

      thanks SBI!

Albion has in the past been a successful game because it takes care of its PvE and non veteran pvp players. You probably hate it, but games like albion that make it so only the giga chads can end up being successful always fail. This is the direction Albion has been headed in, and let me tell ya, this is NOT a good thing. I want to see the game grow and thrive, but turbo pvp chads without any capacity to think about issues on anything more than a surface level go to the forums and cry about absolutely everything that the average player has.

Risk vs reward is fine and all, but you also need to realize that most of the things your average player was able to actually do even in black zones have been removed from the game or nerfed to oblivion now. The green ava roads chests and soloable group chests in the roads are just the latest casualties in a long string of atrocious changes SBI have made over the past year to 18 months.

The state the game is in currently is absolutely terrible. Maybe the worst it has ever been actually. The loot distribution is utterly atrocious. No, "but muh risk vs reward" is not a good counter argument. The fact of the matter is this, if things continue going down the way they are, the game is going to begin hemorrhaging players if it hasn't started to already. It is a problem when the content the majority of players have access to readily is not rewarding no matter where you go. It is a problem when the devs can not incentivize fun pvp interactions and discourage zerging for even small group and solo objectives, ratting, and third partying. It is a problem when despite the forum being riddled with complaints about how bad the loot is, that the devs continue to nerf and or remove content that solo players could actually do to get at least a little loot.

Your opinion on the matter is irrelevant. Many people are starting to become of the opinion that due to the unrewarding content in the game and continuous economy nerfs, the game is becoming less and less enjoyable every single update they do, and are starting to wonder if the game is even worth playing anymore. This is a really sad thing. Albion is a great game, but the loot distribution is ruining the game for a lot of people.

it's just obvious at this point that they nerfing all the loot to the ground so players will go broke and be forced to swipe their credit cards in order to play the game

I'd just rather play genshin at this point if i wanna play a pay2win game xd or sit in the cities beg for silver rather than giving SBI a single dime for ruining a good game
    • I think everyone should be able to earn enough silver solo in pve/pvp to spend it in group content while maintaining the core of the game risk = reward

Unfortunately, all of this was removed through:

      - removing the values of zones (T8 maps in zones below T8)
      - removing the only possible option for bypass scouts (invis)
      - adding a timer to SRD
      - lack of counter play to avalonian dungeon gate/scout
      - added HO to the game
      - CD ratting
      - invis shrine etc..

based on these changes, I judge the difference in the drop before and after

less risk and more accessibility = worse loot
higher risk and lower accessibility = better loot

the loot is garbo and does not motivate to play, but it is the fault of the community, after all on their feedback SBI made all these changes.

Of course, there may be other reasons ^^

I play no Premium for months and still making profits. Just find the good spots. (pvp is one of them)
