      The root cause of balance issues can be seen in swords as an example.

      For 3 years the community tried to explain the balance team that swords on 12 is OP and needs fix.

      Now stacks is at 9 and sword especially claymore is still top tier.

      We knew it, we tried to transport the message it needed 3 (three!) years till a minor adjustment came

      I think that shows the issue of feedback, listening and not playing the own game in the balance department.

      And don't talk about the effort of the change, two numbers was changed. It is a five minutes effort.

      It's just unacceptable to neither listen, nor play the own game.

      Fix this issue!
    • Swords
      • Iron Will (all Swords)
        • Move speed Increase: 20% -> 10%
      • Charge (Claymore)
        • Range: 13m -> 11m


      Rofl - and now this ...what has it been then for 3 years? That it now deserves the ban hammer??

      P.S. you should stop now urgently on destroying swords or u get it to the level of great nature which is unplayable..

      One nerf is valid - then you look how it develops. The nerf train is unhealthy.

      We are loosing more and more variety. Look example oathkeeper. The issue is E shield where u can remount. The current nerf is a destruction. Look at great nature, undeserved double nerf was destruction. Look at holy the removal of agressive caster with smite delay is destruction.

      Balance and destruction are 2 different things.

      It is If you come with teef problems to dentist and you end up in wheelchair..

      The gloves nerf is a small tiny scratch, the sword quadruple nerf is a heavy blow - that might put on the shelf of nishe weapons.

      Gloves is by far the most mobile weapon. Especially now
    • Yes sure 4 nerfs back to back looks very bad on paper
      but its because we gave so much negative feedback about it on the mobility of swords no?
      pretty sure you had seen this coming

      when they decide to nerf claymore range and iron will along side other mobility nerfs
      because previous nerfs was not enough

      the claymore range was because broadsword range got hit and many people said Yes claymore is still unchanged
      despite minor damage nerfs
      and the iron will nerf was because other W skills cooldown was nerfed so speed of iron will was nerfed to even it out


      this is what i would think and do if i was a dev of balance receiving all the negative feedback
      on the player side i would agree to let the meta settle down before we go for another round of nerfs

      but this is december and we all know what happens in december as always
      Ahem tombhammer meta lasted 3 more months then it should have

      so a NERF now and a buff later after meta sort themself out during the 2-3 months holiday

      This is what happen when the "game designer" looks like a junior developper who seems to play the game for his own interest and who is not able to build or modelize objective analysis or criterias.
      With such incompetents, man get shitty extension, overacting or badly targetted nerf/burst inducing very narrow and dull meta, no real work on mobile interface, etc. Wouldn't it be the time to get rid off @Retroman SBI?
