I would suggest revamping the party finder tool significantly. It has been the same for years and is awful and almost unused.

Nobody uses the partyfinder because there is no content for it. You are limited to bluezone group content which nobody wants to do because of low rewards and 8.3 solo players on every boss location.
Do you think, announcing server-wide that you are doing group content in a lethal zone, is a good idea?
Only Guilds use the partyfinder internally. -
A queue system would not announce you are doing anything. When you queue for crystal arenas, do others know you are doing them?
I agree it would be hard to pull off correctly considering all the variables.
My hope is more work is done to promote doing content with others. Period. -
it was always full before Queen, but yo SBI decided to add HO's, so 1 big community that used LFG/party finder for content is dead and split into slaves to big alliances, I guess that's what you all wanted lol
