Not able to receive twitch drops

Hello, I'm unable to claim my twitch drops and need help. I tried all the solutions on some of the other forums like:

• making sure everything's linked (twitch/albion/steam)
• I also tried to relink my albion to twitch

I've been claiming the into the fray twitch drops for weeks now and still nothing I don't know what to do.

Hey there,

I can see that (with this account)you have no characters created yet, so there is no way you would be able to get twitch drops in game.

I mean i have no idea how to show what characters I have on this forum but my in game name is SirVossler and I have three characters total

Hey there,

I need a bit more info from you:

- Do you try to claim rewards ingame and that does not work?
- Do you try to claim your rewards on twitch and that does not work?
- Are you not generating "watchtime"?
- Do you watch per app or browser?
- On what device are you watching twitch?
