I know that there is this google form floating around the forums thatcyou can fill in if you have connection issues( asks for your IPv4 address etc).

I just want to know that if i do fill in the form, will it help the connection on every device( for example mobile) connected to the same network or do I need to do it for every device that has the game. And if it is the latter how do I fill in the form for my mobile as it does not have command prompt?
