HI
I have a fairly decent rig, with 64gb of ram memory, SSD disk and average ping of 150ms, and everytime I enter a city, the game enters into "stuttering mode", as it loads every graphical combination for the player's equipment and load-outs, along mounts and skins.
It gets even worse if I participate in any ZvZ event, as not only the network is suddenly saturated by incoming updates from all the players in the zone, but also the graphics loading corresponds to all player's visual cues for their equipment. It also triggers when changing biomes.
This, however "normalizes" once it has loaded into memory everything it needs to display on the game. I've tested adjusting graphics to be a lower resolution or the "optimal" according to nvidia settings, I've adjusted settings in-game to not show names or guild/alliance, and there is not a very noticeable effect or improvement.
It is clearly an engine "loading resource" issue.
So I here ask if it would be possible to enable a pre-loading feature or setting to allow us to have a slower "game starting" progress bar but improved player experience once inside the game. (or even a soft loading process as you already are in the game, the engine keeps loading).
