      How long until swords get a real nerf?!?!

      28 of the top 100 Slayers CD are swords (claymore, broadswords and even dual swords)
      6 of the top 100 are frost (5 great frost / 1 chillhow), but frost is the one being nerfed all the time

    • This is just pathetic, if you are playing swords and you are losing a fight (even tho u can start with 3 stacks), you can just run away and reset the fight, because no weapon has mobility to chase you, since you can have 36% speed buff all time, either to run half map with 3 stacks and engage (your stacks are there for 6 seconds) or to run away (and your E can also be used to run away and reset the fight, aswell as your W)

      This is the situation since + 2 years.

      We have addressed it, we have proposed fixes, we have accepted it.

      Love it or leave it - nothing gonna happen.

      Play swords if u want to raise up, play fun builds if u accept to loose and want a challenge

      The success rate of claymore in CD is 91% in the build with cultist + Merc jacket

      So what??

      And frost is basically not in Focus of nerf in CD - nature is in penalty box since 2 years ..with a success rate of 37 % it is the devil

    • Sword was OK when they nerfed the stacks, then variations with W made sense and didn't rely on resetting because bad trade = death

      sword defenders cried, NDA clowns cried gave feedback and we're back to the same shit it was.

      is it annoying and frustrating ? yes.
      will it be fixed ? i doubt CD is the most popular content in the game when GVG is least popular almost dead gets more updates and attention....

      seems like the policy needs to be changed and start prioreting popular content.

      how many ideas were given recently and older threads ? hundreds of posts nothing is done, ignoring the PROBLEM and players. when GVG the main RMT content in the game has a problem with 1 weapon a week later we have a patch.
      and so we are lucky that spear was abused in GVG if not we would not get any nerf spear in CD. now imagine the old spear jesus....

      so true - i had invested 200 Mio in cultist robe which are now around 800 Mio and 300 Mio in frost artifacts (chill howl) which i expect to go x5-x10

      Frost was never a dominant weapon in cd, always had a lot of counters and few people in top 100, maybe plate frost had more people playing, but even the plate frost had a lot of counters and the only reason there were a lot of people playing with high infamy is because they could just skip most of the fights, at the very beggining we had the chillhow with an absurd range,but it didnt take long to get nerfed (thank god)

      U propose something for the sake of change, as u want to get paid and pretend to progress.

      Example: customer has an Organisation that is by Geo, regional setup - reason customer proximity..

      Now new leader comes, pays consultants..

      Next result is Organisation by industry - reason is customer want industry knowledge

      All 2-3 years big companies adjust to this ..and change regularly from left to right for the sake of the stakeholder message..

      And now look at sword / frost whatever changes ..and think about my consulting story

      Did you ever play frost? you just mention as counter one of the few weapons frost had a fair advantage (1h dagger) and reflect spin which is easily canceled by frost nova (or u just wait if u dont want to waste ur blink lol), if you play spear against frost and you are using reflect spin (especially before Great Frost becomes the main frost) you are doing something wrong

      talking about before the last change, to win against broadsword, xbow, trinity spear, fire, badon... you had to play way much better than the enemy to have a chance (except broadsword, which you could play perfect and you would still lose unless the enemy plays really bad and get hit by traps/mobs, and he still would have hight chance to win or even to reset

      and i'm not crying/complaining (except about the swords), but frost was NEVER a dominant weapon in CD, we've always had a lot more curses, spears, swords and badons, in top 100 than frost (even tho would be easy to have frosts there because of the mobility, but even so it didnt happen)

      edit: i found this print in our discord, ranking from 1 year ago, 7 frost on top 100, 12 on top 200... you can also check it by yourself on murderledger season by season, frost has never been a dominant weapon

      yeah i did play, played cd since day 1 when bl/plate was meta, then came plate frost, i actually played plate frost not gonna lie, and i'm not saying frost is not toxic, it was, against some specific weapons, agaist great part of the weapons there was just nothing a plate frost could do except breaking crystals, and thats the only reason plate frost were able to have high infamy, and i'm saying that as someone who played with plate frost, and against plate frost (using other builds as fire/curse/bow/bearpaws)

      frost was toxic, agree, but that is it, not a dominant weapon

      But as good as frost is, i have 6 mins PvE including the boss and frost simply sucks mana wise. I am constantly in PvE out of energy.

      Pvp no issue, but PvE sucks

      Do you still play CD"s? If so its not on your main. Trinity is trash now and 1H spear is extremely rare.

      Get a single bow as an opponent on trinity and you are dead 100% of the time.

    • trinity is less common because of arcane, arcane destroys trinity.
      But that you have a problem with bow as trinity is funny
