Every line has a weapon that can completely invalidate it, and that's besides the countless options on armour slots. Also, it deals laughable damage.
It's the only defensive option a firemage has, and not really as great as you describe it. It's quite literally a crutch. I wouldn't nerf it until fire gets another option for zoning.

If you're talking about CRD's - that's on you, nobody cares.

for instanced content (5v5 and 10v10) is the only zoning tool that fire has vs dive comps

in corrapteds most meta stuff can pass through the wall or get the fire user out from the other side

in OW both enemy and allies will laugh at u if u use firewall

Which is exactly why 'Burning Field' should have a short duration-high percentage SLOW on hit. So that Fire actually has a zoning CC other than the laughable Firewall. Frost has a slow, Curse has one, Arcane with mimic has one, and now Nature has a TRIPLE slow.... but no, Fire apparently can't have one.
