Description: While posting a sell order, "Premium Tax" appears above the "Setup Fee" line while I have 22d of premium left.
Steps to Reproduce: Edit my existing sell order as well as post a new sell order
Result: I see a line describing the premium tax while I have premium status on my character. I think I was only charged the setup fee but the premium fee is still described on the sell order.
