I connected my account in order to get the rewards, yet noticed as I claimed the chests I wasn't getting them. I found that although my steam was connected, my website account was not. I have now connected the account and received my epic chest, but not any of the chests prior. Any way I can get these prior chests?

If you hadn't linked your account properly previously, you should technically still be able to receive the previously claimed chests. This can take a bit though.

Did your receive your reward yet？ Having same problem just like yours, I claimed my chests in twitch like weeks ago ,but still receive nothing in game

The drops are great but: I would appreciate if they would match the char.

Turns out, the Albion website show that I am connected to the twich account but in fact, I am not, and I can not reconnect both account together, can someone help me to disconnect my account with my twich account so I can try to do it properly

I did my 4 hour Twitch Marathon, claimed the drop reward inside Twitch, only to get this notification in the mail.
The problem is, I only have one Twitch account and one Albion account.
I'm not sure what happened. Does anyone know?

I got this as well, for the first time ever after having got a lot of drops fine in the past.

Estoy en Drops y cada vez que llego al legendario cofre el porcentaje se congela y cuando lo refresca, va directamente al pecho de la semana siguiente. Esto ya me pasó dos veces. Porque llego al pecho legendario y el porcentaje no sube.
