Scrolling pulling up

Good afternoon!Scrolling doesn't work at all in my game. Regardless of the menu I'm in, it could be settings, an item, or a tab in a bank. Scroll all the time by pulling up. I've tried changing mouse and keyboard and verifying the integrity of the game cache, but none of that worked.

reinstalling the game didn't help

Hey there.

Never heard of this bug and if this would be a general issue, we would be flooded with reports.
Do you use any thrid party software for your mouse?

No, nothing like that. Standard Razorovskaya mouse, without software. Now I'm going camping, but after that I can record a video with a bug, maybe it will lead to something

Do you have any other periphery connected to your PC, a controller maybe?
