Also many users own the game on steam, would be amazing if you guys posted on other platforms where a huge percentage of your customers play from.

SBI does not compensate any lost gear, silver or content due to outages. If I recall, the exact words from a support ticket was "we do not get involved in the games economy at all." So if you die to a speed cheater or lose gear due to a server outage, they are not going to do anything.

Question is, will they compensate premium users? Every other mmorpg does it. SWTOR, ESO, BDO, FF1V GW2, but AO does not like doing anything extra for the community, so I am not too confident they will do anything other than say "Life happens suck it up". Just shows the difference between developers that want money and developers that care about community issues. I am used to it, but it does suck.

The server is up again, but the disconections when change map continues.

GM just said in /en that the network hosting company was having the network issues right before the last DC.

Our Server host is currently experiencing networking issues, for now the servers are still unstable.

We are currently still looking into the source of the problems and are working with our partners to prevent these situations in the future.
