I can't reproduce this. Do you have any other periphery connected, like a controller?
You could also try the Repair Function of the launcher, maybe something was missing when downloading the recent patch.morgen teich gar kein bock -
Yes, I tried on different UIs (guild management, inventory, marketplace) with scrollwheel and dragging the UI. Worked for me.

can you check at arthur's rest AH? maybe it s related to rests only :o yeah in caerleon AH scrolling works okay.

I've found that I can't scroll the Buy Orders in the My Orders tab.
No other issues, but maybe that'll give us an insight in the problem you're experiencing.morgen teich gar kein bock -
in arthur's, it happens only on buy orders tab. the other tabs are okay. i went angry and thought all tabs were broke in the first moments.

I've just uninstalled the game as it decided to crash and won't work, i think their coding hampsters made a big boo boo at last update as many of my guildies have had to do it
