Corrupted Dungeons IP Cap

    • Based on my IP inside stalker.

In theory, It will scale from 10% - 20% the IP reduction of your total IP including masteries.

e.g. Daybreaker Tier 4.2 Normal, in my case I have 1320 IP outside CD. Once I go inside I would have 1064 which is 256 less (zone-reduction)
      Now that's exactly 19% less

Another example here is Assassin Jacket Tier 5.1 Normal, I have 1245 IP outside and 1049 IP inside CD Stalker. So that's 197 less.
      And that's approximately 16% less

And lastly, if you use 4.3 Normal quality any cape. You would have 1000 IP, so from 1001 IP there will be 10% reduction and will scale up to 20% or more depends on the total IP that equipment has. Hope this helps!

      1320 -- it's 320 above cap. 320*0.2 = 64. Your result IP is exactly 1064.
      1245 -- it's 245 above cap. 245*0.2 = 49. Your result IP is exactly 1049.
So it works exactly as described. All that's above cap is reduced by the constant coefficient.

1320 IP and 1245 IP - those are total IP that you have including skills/masteries?
If so then all becomes clear and masteries are included in calculations.
