Sorry to hear... we had to put a family cat to sleep last week... it's always heartbreaking.

Very sorry to hear that... I hope that Shadow stays in your heart but you can find a new fellow companion when the time is right.

Wow, that sucks man. I lost a fur baby last night too. He called us all onto the porch by whimpering and then over the course of a few hours died in my sister's arms. I miss Pesky already.

I'm so sorry about that. I'm sure Shadow had a great life, and even when there are no words that will take away the sorrow, we're all with your loss and I wish you to be able to smile again. Hang on there.

unfortunately thats life.. and it doesnt always make sense but we must accept this and continue on living anyway. Just remember the joy and good times you had with your kitty and be thankful you got to experience each other for what time you had together. Death is an unavoidable fact of life and we cant shut down once we expierence some one or something close to us fall to this. Keep living your life as normally as you can and things will get better Dont stress and keep your head up

Take your time, be sad, cry..that is to clear your heart and your soul..

The bad side of the story is, it will hurt, each hour, each day..

The good side, time will cure it, after some time you will just think about it, once a day..then once a week..but you will never completely forget..


If what they tell us in various religions is true one day you will meet again, be that heaven hell Valhalla or whatever..

And in a few weeks go to the shelter, and walk around, one cat will sooner or later pick you, and you might give a lost soul a forever home..

I am sorry for you. This is a heavy loss. I say this because my beloved cat died in December 2016. Since then, 2 other cats have appeared in my house, which are alive and well. But I still remember the deceased cat, because no other cat will behave and communicate with me as it did.
