Some of you guys really need to start understanding your builds win conditions vs other builds.. If that win condition isn't there you shouldn't be taking the fight.. You have to execute it if its there. You can't just face roll the keyboard and expect to win.
This is so true, a lot of people are commenting about "what's op" and what's "not op" despite not even being good enough at the game.

They just put their fucked up logic into play and expect everything to bend to their will and if it doesn't bend = they cry on the forums.

They refuse to simply understand that there are fights that cannot be taken on a rock paper scissor build type of game with literally 6 buttons + 1 extra for consumable.

They would argue "Just because it can be countered doesn't make it balanced, when the very logic of an item being completely countered is definitely one of the balancing factors in the game from a general perspective."

If something CANNOT be STOPPED, cannot be COUNTERED / outplayed in any way shape or form, then you can say it is truly "broken" or overpowered. But if an item is at the mercy of another then you know it has its own strengths and its own weaknesses and in a sense "balanced".

That's what BALANCE means, you don't have too much, but you also don't have too little. You just have it and it works, and something will work against it, and it will work better against another item.

Some people think "BALANCE" means that the weapon / armor works "for them". But that's not how it is with this game, the weapon/armor doesn't work FOR you, YOU have to make it work. And every weapon has its own designated purpose depending on the "content" chosen by the player whether, 1v1, smallscale / largescale. If you think every weapon should work for every type of content the game has to offer then you are playing a different game.
    • He is talking about game mechanics, if you want to simply run at someone and beat them to death with your weapon you are probably going to die every single time. use some skill use some tactics. I don't know how many times I need to say this in a post.

Running at a wall head first will eventually cause it to get knocked down.. but is that really the smartest way to do it?

I have played this game more than you will.

I understand the game better most.

Your logic is flawed as melee is face tank and the ability for them to do massive damage with no mana drain.

Please don't talk unless you actually have played for several years and all aspects.

The jacket with the specter hood too op compared to other weapons.

If they don't want the nerf then bump the other builds.

I'll give you a quote " You can't carry the heart of a lion on the legs of a chicken"

Can you give us a great example of a melee face-tank build that can do "massive damage" with "no mana drain"?

Because axes literally run out of mana on their 3rd rotation LMAO (they need scholar cowl to have enough to constantly fight)
Swords are very weak with pressure when their E is on cooldown
Bloodletter has no actual proper big AOE dps, it's mostly an execute weapon designed to secure kills but used by rats to steal both kills and loot
Bridled Fury is a clap centered dagger weapon that's played to go in and out as a substitute to galatines(0 face-tanking)

Bro ive been playing since 2017 and finally uninstalled yesterday because of a multitude of issues. I have WAY more game experience in all aspects than you do so don't even go there.

You obviously don't understand the game better than most as you cannot even follow a conversation and replies.

My previous post wasn't logic it was a response to explain what someone is talking about in their post. I talk because I KNOW

Hellion with Specter is strong but lacks in several aspects and can be countered in a multitude of ways. Stop playing Merc Jacket and Hunter hood and maybe you will see the light.

      Ill give you a quote.

This is true, Hellion with Specter will easily have a falling out after the 4th-5th rotation due to lack of mana (even after your lymhurst cape has been used)

The most effective way to play bruiser is that you can consistently sustain both health and mana without missing out on any of your rotation cooldowns.

Hellion Jacket is not OP, it has already been nerfed and rendered far less effective than it would otherwise have been.
