Ressurected in town after "death" in red zone with full gear

Strange things happened with my guildmate. There is starting points: caerlion faction, open world pvp in red zone versus other faction players (not caerlion). After he 'dies', he just teleports to caerlion with full gear. From video I saw that he gets final blow from roaming mobs. Frustrating bug.

Basically, when you are knocked down by a mob while 'in combat' and faction flag, you are teleported to the nearest faction outpost with full gear on. Might be city as well..

I can't even count how many players escaped death this way, I hope it gets fixed.

Still not fixed. Just now 2 of 3 guys at outpost did not died:(.
