Nerf Cursed Staffs

    • Finally, I've been waiting for this.

      Number 1: 1h cursed staff is in a bad situation due to guardian meta (idc if they reworked it, the guardian helm removes dots still)
      Number 2: The 1h cursed staff depends on Q stacks, if you idk, remove the q stacks somehow, the E would be useless.
      Number 3: I 100% agree with a cursed tree rework. We have some useless Ws and we NEED reworks for cursed beam and such.
      Number 4: Wait a minute, you're just mad because you got deleted by a 1h cursed user. Whats your build? Blackhands? If 1h cursed staff us sooooo OP why isn't everyone using it???

    • cursed staffs are arguably considered abit weak in the current guardian helm meta

      and besides there are many ways to block 1h curse E and for the time it takes to set up the E i say the damage and cooldown is justified

      cause there are just so many ways to block the E damage. if your build cannot handle a hard hitting ability then you are a glass cannon that deserve to die when you get hit.

      most builds have some form of damage mitigation from merc jacket to cleric robe to cleric hood even sword parry strike. if you do not have those and still are insistent on fighting a curse head on then you just reap what you sow

    • yea i knew these threads were coming with the recent guardian helmet changes, but its not even the only way to cancel cursed staves not even close... I've seen enough videos of people cancelling out the damage with all sorts of goofy iframes to the point where I consider the weapon a joke, it's a meme weapon I would never run it. You're crying about a non-issue.

    • Даже если ты не используешь шапку то у тебя должны быть скилы на защиту в принципе. Если ты проигрываешь курсе то значит ты не адаптируешься под оппонента. Зелье защиты сбивает дамаг на нет. Есть много рефлектов и кучу других способов побороть курсу. Это далеко не самый сильный билд на данный момент в мете потому что для того чтобы нужно время на то чтобы набить стаки курсы. Также они все полностью спадают после использования ульты.

    • Yeah Johnny that is the sad truth about 1h curse in current Albion. Besides the guardian helm there are also a gauntlet of random bullshit iframes and random shit like that to deal with. Honestly 1h curse is probably the most heavily countered item in entire game at the moment between hard counters and variety of counters available. Seeing a few threads pop up all of a sudden about 1h curse being OP is hilarious.

      There is a list of things you can use to avoid it.

      1. Assassin Shoes
      2. Royal Shoes
      3. Stalker Shoes (Iframe)
      4. Cleric Sandals (Iframe)
      5. Mage Sandals (Iframe)
      6. Parry Strike (Sword W)
      7. Cleric Cowl
      8. Soldier Helmet
      9. Chain Slash (Dagger W)
      10. Cleric Robe
      11. Frost Nova (Frost W)

      It also can be interrupted since it needs to be casted. So you can use
      1. Badon
      2. Interrupt (W on Swords)
      3. Snare Charge (W on Mace)
      4. Hellion Hood
      5. Arcane Staff (With Q or the 1h E)
      6. Any other hard CC.

      Lastly, if you can't avoid or interrupt it, you can diminish it
      1. Resistance potion
      2. Stone Skin (Plate Helmet W)
      3. Guardian Armor
      4. Judicator Armor
      5. Iron Will (Sword W)
      6. Deflecting Spin (Spear W)
      7. Hunter Hood (It won't reflect it but the extra resistances reduces the damage)
      8. Arcane Shield
      9. Mage Robe (Extra res = less damage)
      10. Inferno Shield (leather jacket W) (read hunter hood)
      11. Any other resistance increasing ability

      There are a lot of options, don't you think?

      Шо бля, ты челик сколько играешь в альбу, вчера скачал наверное? Ему солотаргетной q не составит труда обновить стаки это раз, скилл с таким количеством урона таргетный и имеет большой рейнж это два, Q дот урон и пока он стакается у тебя уже нет лица это три. Я играю на копье и меня вымораживает с того что нулевый бомж который просто закликивает меня имеет преимущество надо мной, и попадать по мне не нужно. Нубские пушки должны быть занерфлены, т.к какой смысл играть на сложном оружии если нет преимущества над противником. А все потому что на балансе челик по обьявлению, а не Icefrog как в доте, поэтому мета говно(отсюда мой ник)

      PS урон рефлектится только от стаков, а не от e скилла так что ты вообще не понял что сказал это четыре
      PS2.0 и да если ты ешь потку на защиту то она рано или поздно уходит в кд на 2минуты, а ульта курсы кдшится 15 секунт, + ты все равно получишь дамаг, хоть и порезаный

      Lol i know ahaha. are u really think i will have that all items in inv for pvp ahahah. i playing that f-king game 4 years i know all skills and what they doing. Make spear playable! Why that hard to play weapon is so useless that is unfair
