Good morning, I would like to know who I can contact, because the referral awards did not reach me, I recently invited my brother to play Albion, I helped him a lot due to my in-game possibilities, until he was finally able to buy his first month of premium. Is there a way to review the error? It's my first time doing this, thanks in advance.

In order for your brothers first premium purchase to count towards a referral for yourself, he would have had to register his account via your referral link. Your own, personal referral link can be found here: albiononline.com/en/profile/referral/overview
If your brother registered his account without clicking your referral link, or before clicking your referral link then I'm afraid the referral won't count.

Try hitting ESC, then claim rewards. I'm pretty sure the mail system does not let you delete any mail with items attached to them.
