Having the same issue. No code in email (and I'm entirely sure it's the right one); haven't played in years and just thought maybe I'd give it a try but-

@Evas_Flarelight I have a support ticket in, it's been up for a while- thanks for replying here though- now I'm just waiting for a reply there.
