Known Issues

~~Items in storage at the Banks at Energy Manipulators in Royal Cities and Hideouts and Territory Battlevaults are missing~~ - Resolved with [3. December 2020] Rise of Avalon Patch 10 - Hotfix 1

~~Due to an invisible collision on the bridge to the Expedition Master in Martlock, players are stuck while crossing the bridge~~ - Resolved with [3. December 2020] Rise of Avalon Patch 10 - Hotfix 1
- Temporary workaround: Teleporting stones have been placed where one allows players to exit the bridge from the Expedition side and the other allows players to get across the bridge to the Expedition Master
~~Offseason 20v20 Crystal League timeslots for Level 1 matches are outdated~~ - Resolved with [3. December 2020] Rise of Avalon Patch 10 - Hotfix 1
- ~~Current time slots: 1 UTC, 14 UTC, 20 UTC~~
- ~~Intended time slots: 1 UTC, 12 UTC, 19 UTC~~

~~20v20 Crystal League gives out around 3 times more Tomes of Insight than intended~~ - Resolved with [3. December 2020] Rise of Avalon Patch 10 - Hotfix 1

We intend to resolve these as soon as possible.

The last changes came in late and are scheduled for patch 11.

as I called out with no counters to dots because face guardian helm can't be used when it gives healing sickness you gave us no counter play for the dot comps. It would be like if you made forceful swing give healing sickness and auto attack builds couldn't be counter see how this works.

all the items that were in the Bau de Caeleon are gone, I'm simply missing my MP 200m +- items that were in it to make my HCE. despair !! there's no way to be playing TANK anymore

From the Castle Distance Changes from the patch notes:

"Minimum travel distances between Castles in the Outlands have been increased by removing or changing various zone connections and passageways. Castles are now at least 4 zones apart, making it harder for one guild to defend numerous castles simultaneously."

This is not true. Razorrock Passage and Murdergulch Ravine are connected Razorrock Passage > Razorrock Chasm > Deathwhisp Bog > Murdergulch Ravine to only be 3 zones apart. My simple recommended adjustment to spread these a bit more would be to convert the Razorrock Chasm > Deathwhisp Bog connection to a tunnel.

My Energy manipulator was empty. Then i saw the "Recover" button on HO entrance. I have never seen it before and decided it's there to recover Inaccessible/lost items.
Now all my bank tabs are deleted, 60m+ silver items and resources are gone, i have to wait 28 days and pay to get them back

I want a full restoration of my bank state or at least some sort of assistance in this situation. It was a reaction to your bug and clearly a Design flow for such button.
Do you know how much time it took to buy and move all those PvP, ZvZ, farming and gathering sets to a HO in the Mists?

The above issues in Patch 10 have been resolved with today's hotfix [3. December 2020] Rise of Avalon Patch 10 - Hotfix 1
