Agreed, plates can run through the laser beams while clothies will take massive hits doing the same. True damage is a way better way to balance the traps. Obviously running less HP will result in more of an impact but that is the risk/reward of low health builds. At the moment the risk of plate is too low for the reward it needs to be adjusted
I agree it needs revisited, but %HP is equally greedy for clothies.
It's trying to equalize the wincon to tanks just because you're not playing traps. True damage feels appropriate, it's a buff for clothies that can kite a tank with a failed CC dump and still respects the HP advantage of tanks.
