High Ping & Connection Issue Reports

Hi everyone,

If you are experiencing any abnormally high ping and connection issues in the game, please report it by filling in this form with the requested data.

This will help our devs in their investigation, as they will be using the data to look into routing issues and any other factors that may be causing this to happen.

Note: Please do not use this to report client performance issues, such as fps drops when there are many players on screen, etc.

but I have trouble opening said form.

And although I think 250-350 ping is not.. abnormally high for my region (East Asia here), disconnection is somehow a too frequent guest. Premium status would be crippled if disc-

I am a mobile player I keep logging out when I pass the map regarding the connection, this problem ???

i am new to albion, on my 1st day i have a high ping(since im located in asia) and i didn't get lag or stop dance while playing.
but after a few days im getting this annoying stop dance while doing dungeon or PVP, my FPS is great and i have a green MS, it's just the high Ping.
i tried to reinstall the game but it became worst, now i cannot download the patch no matter what i do. it says error download.

@KyanthonJR, sorry for the late reply. Based on your screenshot you're having ISP issues. I was able to open the form without any problems.

just an update on this, it looks like im having an issue with our ISP or because of the location of the server.

i start using VPN and i connected it to US/America region and all the stop dance/LAG is gone even having 200-300 ping.

Hoping for a SEA server for this game.

Hey thanks for replying Evas! Around here ISP issue is like death sentence eh

Kinda stopped playing recently after getting stuck on my trip to FS by disconnection...

Im facing high ping right now. Im used to play with 120~140ping. Now its 210~~

Im using ExitLag to play now.. And now, its normal again. So its a route problem.. It seems you guys have that route problem from a while.

Im playing from Brazil.

I'm having trouble using the client and the geforcenow from nvidia.

My usual ping using the client is more or less 100, and now is 150+

and using geforcenow i have around 10-30% package loss during my sessions,

I play from Brazil, my internet plan is 100mbs

A lot of lag today, it started 2-3 days ago, but no packet loss

My normal ping is 100-110, now it's 188 with a lot of black screen, 2s to open market, teleport... unplayable.

I'm from Brazil.

Any news about that ?
Like it's been almost a year lots of French players have connection issues, there's already a post of the r/AlbionOnline about that, and still nothing change...

Even fiber and a really good connection is not enough to play Albion... that's crazy

I have been experiencing higher then average ping of 400+ after the patch update on 13/11/2021

my ping was below 300 before the update and it was stable

i feel like i am having a 1 second lag for every action i take causing me to miss most my skill shots

The lag is most prominent when i do PVP in corrupted dungeons

boss skills indicators would cast one direction while actual skill shot would go another.
traps would activate but i would not see projectiles or when i see them they would deal damage before playing the animation that i got hit

and in pvp my opponent would teleport instead of moving smoothly making hitting skill shots and auto attack miss due to range

zoning and opening chest has a longer delay than usual which was not present on my high performance pc (2000$) before the patch

Internet connection is smooth again on my side and ping is back to less than 300
