I tried everything suggested everywhere. Repair, reinstall, reboot, scan, rescan, etc. Everything. I made tickets both on Albion and EAC sites. I cannot stay logged into the game more than a few seconds, EAC disconnects me. No changes were made to my pc other than the latest update to the game which came today. I am about to uninstall the game for good.

Are there people with this problem playing on Steam? Maybe everything works there?

Same problem here sigh

Like everyone else on the thread, I have the same problem. Did as instructed. No fixes. Sandbox just blaming EAC like I am I the customer of the program they implemented in their game.
How not on top of things is Sandbox?
From the support response
I'll share both those links with you:
EAC Troubleshooting
EAC Contact Support
Did not even bother posting them as links, just text. -
I have the same problem. It started about 20 hours ago. Easy Anti-Cheat disconnects after a few minutes or a few seconds of the game. This happens on two different computers (Windows 7 and Windows 10) and different ISP. Removing the game and installing it again from the albiononline.com/ru/download did not help. Now I will check the Android version of the game.

I have the same problem with EAC. As long as I stay in town or at my island I can play for hours. But when I leave town in a minute I get kicked out of the game with 'make sure you launch Albion Online through the game launcher'! I'm launching it through it so what is the problem here?

Nothing new? The official position is "It's not us, it's the EAC who broke"?
-
@MODS is this not enough? -
same problem here
and my situation more weird, i got 3 accounts, and my main account cant log in yeterday since always said eac disconnect me, but my alt account is fine
then, today my main account is gd to play, then my 2 alts account couldnt log in more than 1min.
and now, i post here because my main account got kicked by EAC again
and i did everything from EAC site or SBI support said, not working.
ROFL, so devs, u cant blame on EAC, u have to check whats wrong in ur launcher since u want to stop support win7, 8 etc.
its start from Oct 6th, not now, if u adding sth inside of launcher u have to make sure not effect ppl who using the right system like win10.The post was edited 1 time, last by FoxTyrant ().

Hey guys, if you've missed my message on the first page, or you've already checked the troubleshooting guide at easy.ac/en-us/support/ and nothing worked, you can message EAC tech support at easy.ac/en-us/support/game/contact/tech/ - they might ask you for your account ID so I'd suggest you send it with your first ticket (you can check your account ID on your account page at albiononline.com/en/profile/ under Account Information). In the future patch we'll also add a reason to the EAC kick message.

Answering machineModerator! Thank you for your help! Actually, no, if you wanted to help, you would probably take our IDs and send them to your testers and developers for review.
Regarding EAC support. They have two types of reports. Ban report and tech support. Ban report does not fit, because there is no ban. And in technical support there is no suitable item for our problem. We have to send a crash report as the most appropriate. Can they skip it? Of course, the reason doesn't match the reality, to hell with this ticket! There is no automatic response email from them about accepting the report. Plus, ticket consideration is 3-12 or 14 days. Nice
I managed to play for two days. On Thursday, I activated my premium for three days and wanted to play with my friends on the weekend. Based on this, it is already decided to stay in the game or not. Thank you, you helped me with the solution!
Have a nice weekend!
