Frost shot nerf was nessecary imo. It was so easy to use and i like the new one but i dont get it why magic arrow standtime increased. Totally kiting potential nerfed 0.5 second. Its not big deal for corrupted dungeons it is 1v1 at the end but on the other hand open world solo pvp with warbow takes damage tbh.
As a mainly warbow player for 3 years i might say 1vs1 pvp with warbow always boring to me so i am sad a little bit.

I'm fine with the nerf to Ray of Light and the little cast time to Frost Shot but as you said the stand time increase to Magic Arrow is a little bit over the top. I hope that they tweak that but I don't think so.
Let's see what happens.
