• # swiftclaw gallop bonus

Now swiftclaw's gallop bonus is 120% (it was 125%). But there is no information about this in patch notes. Only about regular speed bonus.
• It got a -5% for that mount on the base movement speed. The gallop bonus didn't change. It is still a 45% movement speed boost.
So nothing changed on that apart of the base speed bonus.

• And what about armored horse 65% - 125%. How does ur theory work here ?

It's literally mentioned only gallop speed bonus that got up for the horses... Read the patch note...

Patchnotes:
• Swiftclaws:
• Time running until gallop: 4s → 5s
• Base Move Speed Bonus: 80% → 75%

WHERE's anything bout gallop bonus?
• Gallop bonus not affected. 45% stays 45%. Math checks out and seems to be working as intended. And for the horses gallop going higher, it clearly is stated that it's gallop speed increasing not the base speed. Aka, the math checks out again as working as intended.

And just to make it clear for you in case.
80+45=125
75+45=120
In those, the first number (80 and 75) are the base gallop and the 45 is the amount gain from the gallop speed (45 in both).

Now for the horses.
If gallop speed increases by 5, it only adds 5% to the second number.
For example let's take old t4 horse and current one after the patch.
(old)65+35=100
(new)65+40=105
See, the first number didn't change but the second one did, as mentioned in the patch note. So it is working as intended.
If you are still uncertain, you can be free to file a bug report in the forum and/or reach out to the support service of Albion.
To be honest, pretty you'll get the same answer as i provided you regarding this since so far, the math does checks out with the statement in the patch note.
• thought that deathclaws speed was set manually: it was 130, then 125. And i never saw formulas u r taking about: 80+45, 65+35 ..
• I mean it's all math in formula's that scale with ip/tier in some sort of ways. Some things only scale with tier and not ip. Makes doing a change simpler. For example, for the horse change, they actually might have changed 1 value that updated the values for all the horses at the same time.

It all depends on how they coded it in reality. That's all up to them and they didn't share exactly how it works behind the scene for this. They only share the impact you have since for the most part it is showing/working as intended at the moment.

I do not really see the value of them sharing this exact information with the community since it provides not much insight on anything that can affect your gameplay. While knowing if the speed with/ without gallop getting faster or slower is important and directly impact your gameplay.
• we can think and talk untill .. dont know, long.

I need a developers answer.
