Hi all,

we are still getting some reports from players not being able to install today's patch.

If you are still having issues, please try the following:

1. Uninstall the game.
2. Download the game launcher here
3. Install the game

If this does not fix your problem, please report back to us in this thread.

Note that we have also received reports of some players being stuck at a 1% loading screen when launching the game. We are looking into this.

Hey,

i was reinstalling launcher, still get error on download, facing 1,2 gb
problem i had before reinstall, was jumping between 600 and 900 mb

I had the same problem.
But a pc restart fixed it.

I am also getting a could not verify server status message after uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher as instructed above.

Hope this gets fixed soon, 6 hours of trying to login makes you want to stop after step 1 =c

Ok...Started right after Server start this morning (Pacific time). I had the same start and stopping that has been reported for about a dozen retries until it downloaded the patch.

Tried to log on to the game and clicked the movie screen to skip the (beautifully done) intro. I get a three second beachball before the fiery circle begins to spin and count up to 1%. It just continues to spin until I force quit.

I trashed the client and reinstalled from the source in this thread. Same result.

I trashed client and game and reinstalled from here (client) and Steam (the game). Same result

I tried to log on through Steam. Same result.

Good luck. Mac OS Catalina 10.15.5, Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

The 1% loading thing isn't new, started a few patches ago, about 25% of the time I start the game it happens to me, sticks at 1% sometimes I get an error pops up, sometimes I don't, if it doesn't pop up I can't close the game at all and have to full restart

Does not help! installed with the antivirus turned off! all the same for 500 meters starts all over again!

Nothing helps. The game is reinstalled. The PC is rebooted. 300-500 meters and resets to 900mb. Premium account days will be compensated?

Ув. Разработчики выложите я не знаю торрент файлом готовый клиент игры с уже установленным патчем! и проблема решится сразу! ну это же не убер сложно.

I uninstalled, restarted the PC, downloaded und now the Launcher again bounces from around 600/700 MB back to 800/900.
Any suggestions?
