I have a normal donkey and I want another mount, I am new and I don't understand much of the game
How do i get mounts?

Hi @SrPancake, welcome to the forums.
You can purchase another mount in the Marketplace as soon as you have unlocked the appropriate Adventurer Level (the vertical line on your Destiny Board) to equip it.

go to a nearby market and buy, you will see the settings options where you can choose Mounts option and then there are tiers,
if you click on tier 3 you will see a transport ox and so on different stuff in other tier.
method 2
if you have a minimum of 30 days of premium unlocked you can go to the island merchant, buy an island, make pastures buy foals and grow them into horses and then when fully grown craft them into a riding horse near the saddler,
this method is not adviced to near players because it requires an investment.

Kill other player in red zone and steal hes bike, and hes cloth! (Not recommended for new players). But still the way. -
You can buy new mount from marketplace with silver, alternatively you can breed a new mount on your private island (see wiki: wiki.albiononline.com/wiki/Mounts)
