Antivirus blocks the game

Hi, my antivirus doesn't me open the game, reporting a file in the Temp folder. I don't speak english very well, so i can't explain as i should..
The antivirus is Bitdefender and i think the problem is with Easy anticheat.
Yes, the antivirus has the last update.

And how safe is this?
It happened before to block the game but not for a Virus infection alert

Just because Windows Defender doesn't detect an infected file doesn't mean is safe and is fixing the problem...

This is the reason why I pay for Bit Defender to prevent my pc to get infected. And not using free antivirus programs that let me download the virus without blocking the download process...

Just because Windows Defender doesn't detect an infected file doesn't mean is safe and is fixing the problem...

lol same. When my antivirus quarantines a file, I take notice. My response isn't to remove the antivirus..

I have the same issue after the latest patch... I am definitely not removing my antivirus.
What helped for me at least for now is to disable Bitdefender Antivirus, launch the game and than enable Bitdefender Antivirus again... I got in the game, but I have no idea if I will stay there and I have no idea if my antivirus won't be messing up with AntiCheat.

This is a workaround until the investigation with EAC is resolved, but we do not have an ETA for it at the moment.

I understand that and ETA is not possible because is a bug and if you don't know the root cause you can't fix it.
But you need to offer a safe workaround for the customers.
At least if is false positive let us know.
If is indeed a virus this approach is not normal

Hey, there are 2 things you can try: whitelist whole installation folder including EAC installation and if that doesn't work I can only suggest to disable your antivirus and enable Windows Defender antivirus.
